Most lists can be changed. The “lists” are the valid values that you can enter for a field such as Association, Key Words, Custom Field Lists, City, Telephone Types, etc.
To modify this information, expand the Administration menu and click on Lists. A screen with all the lists will be displayed.
From this window, click on the type of list you’d like to modify. The current list of values will be displayed on the right. To add a new value, press the +ADD sign. A line will open up for you to add the value. To delete a value, highlight it, then press the -DELETE sign. To modify a value, double click on the value, then make necessary changes.
