The Confirm Data report summarizes the family’s contact information. This report is set up as a letter to the family so that they can confirm their contact information.
To run the repot, do the following:
- Expand the People menu.
- Click on Reports.
- Highlight Confirm Data.
- Select your Run For criteria.
- Choose the appropriate associations, keywords, or groups based on the category you chose.
- Click GENERATE.
- A window will be displayed for you to enter instructions for updating the contact information.
- Click CONTINUE to begin printing the letters.
